At Lucky Feet Shoes, we want you to love your stride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unworn footwear in its original manufacturer's box and pack it securely inside a separate shipping carton to ensure protection during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
